ARTICLE 2: ORDERS
Automatic recording systems are considered as proof of the nature and content of the order. L'Atelier de Gaya confirms acceptance of its order to the customer at the e-mail address that the customer will have communicated. The sale will be concluded from the validation by L'Atelier de Gaya of payment for the order, that is to say from the date of validation of payment for orders paid online by credit card. L'Atelier de Gaya reserves the right in any case to refuse or cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.
ARTICLE 3: AVAILABILITY OF ARTICLES

Prices indicated in euros are deemed net, excluding shipping costs. This price includes the price of the products, the costs of handling, packaging and conservation of the products. ARTICLE 8 : WARRANTY - RETURNS - REFUNDS - WITHDRAWAL
The items provided by https://latelierdegaya-shop.fr/ are personalized at the customer's request, therefore, L'Atelier de Gaya will not be able to relist an item which is the subject of a back. Thus, Atelier de Gaya does not carry out returns / refunds / withdrawals.

ARTICLE 9 : TRANSFER OF PROPERTY – TRANSFER OF RISKS
